This little tower, probably un-used today, is a part of the battlements surrounding the city.
For the anecdote, there is something strange here : sometimes when i walk my dog near this, he barks against some statues at the bottom of this... Really strange ! A lot of dogs have these kinds of behavior... Does he feels something paranormal here ? :-O
